How am I notified that documentation has been requested?

You will get an email from ms-sparkpay@capitalone.com that will let you know the specific documents that you'll need to send us to verify your account.

If we don't hear from you, we'll send you reminders on the 30th, 45th, and 55th day after activation.

On the 59th day after enrollment, if we still haven't heard back from you, any processed transactions will be refunded and we'll let you know your account has been closed by day 60.
