Why is Spark Pay requesting an invoice from my business?

As part of our review process, our Credit Support Team may request an invoice for one of your transactions. Invoices assist us if there is ever a dispute with a transaction. When submitting your invoice to Spark Pay, it must include the following information below:

1.  A signature from the customer

2.  Terms and conditions (or any applicable refund/exchange policy)

3.  A detailed description of the product sold or services rendered

4.  The date of the transaction
