If a customer disputes a sale, the issuing bank immediately debits the merchant so they can hold the amount being disputed to deliver back to the cardholder. If a transaction is disputed by one of your customers, your account will be debited for the amount of the dispute plus a $15.00 chargeback fee. We will represent you in the rebuttal of any dispute keeping you informed throughout the process until the final outcome.

- Swipe the card instead of keying it in
- Always email a receipt to your customer
- Always collect a signature
