How do I replace my card reader?

If your card reader is ever lost, stolen, or stops working, ordering a replacement card reader is easy! Simply log into your online dashboard at and click on "Additional Spark Pay Reader" from the Hardware Tab. If you haven't attached a bank account to your Spark Pay account or have recently changed your attached bank account, please contact our customer service team at 877-231-7547 for assistance in ordering a replacement card reader.
