Where is my micro-deposit?

It can take a few days for your micro-deposit to appear on your bank statement. If you do not see it after 4 business days, it is possible that you: 

1.  Made a mistake when entering your checking account or routing number

2.  Did not attach a checking account (please note: a checking account is one that allows a debit and credit through the ACH process which means that a prepaid account, re-loadable account, savings account, or a money market account can’t be attached to your Spark Pay account.)

When viewing your bank account, the descriptor that will be associated with the micro-deposit is "Spark*Merchant MicroDepst."
